Step 1 – Prepare the Rx

• Return Date Calendar: Our easy-to-follow scheduling method (call your local Modern Dental Center for your correct shipping zone) Zone 1 Return Date Calendar, Zone 2 Return Date Calendar
• Specify shade, choice of materials and any design instructions

Step 2 – Pack the Case Box

• Include Rx in case box, do not tape case box closed
• Put as many cases that fit in each box (separated)
• Put up to 4 boxes in a shipping bag
• Attach preprinted shipping label
